Balancing Energy Sound Bath - As you experience the reality of matter to be vibration, you also start experiencing the reality of the mind: consciousness, perception, sensation and reaction. During a sound healing session, you simply listen up as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing.
Reiki energy - Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy) therapy involves the placing of the therapist’s or patient’s hands on various locations on the patient’s body to promote relaxation and a sense of calm. It is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch.
